As a retired communications writer, I currently perform a Communications & Marketing role in our St. Lawrence Canine Performance Club (SLCPC). Through communications and media, I hope to be able to give a voice (or bark) to our canine companions, and to help them develop their natural abilities through training and education with SLCPC.
I know that our dogs love to participate, enjoy and are stimulated by the activities in the club. Both dogs enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of SLCPC, and they feel safe and supported in this space.
RADAR, our wired-hair vizsla has also trained as a water, and field dog with the Ottawa Valley Pointing Dog Club, and will be able to share his experience, knowledge and training with other dogs in SLCPC. He currently holds titles in Rally Obedience, Obedience, Scent Detection and Fetch
Dune, our English Springer Spaniel is a happy-go-lucky pup who loves to eat, and is quite content to cheer on his brother RADAR during his trials. Dune also loves to socialize when there is kibble around.
