Classes will be held at the Brockville Memorial Centre 100 Magedoma Blvd Brockville, Ontario on Wednesday evenings.

Please note membership fees are due January 1st every year and if you join after October 1st your membership is paid up for the following year.

Registration Agreement/ Insurance Waiver

I (we) agree to hold the St. Lawrence Canine Performance Club (S.L.C.P.C.), and the owners of the premises on which this event takes place, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim. I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for the loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise and from any claim from damage or injury caused or alleged to be caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or by the negligence of any other person or any other cause or causes. I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expenses (including legal fees) by the reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) or on account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our) participation in this event howsoever such injuries, death or damage to property may be caused or may be alleged to have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their agents or other persons.

Legal guardian must sign for children under 18 years old. All persons who will be handling the dog in class must sign.

Children must be a minimum of 12 years of age with parent present in class.

Payment must be received to reserve your spot.

**Please note there will be no reactive or aggressive dogs allowed to participate in these classes.
